Xiaomi has launched the Redmi Earbuds S in India, following soon after the Mi True Wireless Earphones 2. Priced at Rs. 1,799, the Redmi Earbuds S is an affordable pair of true wireless earphones that look to make the technology and form factor accessible to the masses. The earphones are currently available in a single colour option of black and feature Bluetooth 5.0 for connectivity. The Redmi Earbuds S go on sale for the first time on May 27, i.e. tomorrow, at 12pm (noon), and will be available to buy via Amazon India, Mi.com, Mi Home stores, and Mi Studio outlets.
Essentially the Indian version of the Redmi AirDots S that were launched in China in April, the Redmi Earbuds S is priced at slightly higher than the global version which costs CNY 100 (approximately Rs. 1,100). The true wireless earphones are more affordable than the recently launched Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 that retail for Rs. 4,499. However, the earphones look to offer the basics of true wireless stereo sound, allowing budget users access to a form factor that has typically been priced at at least Rs. 4,000 or more. The earphones come with a total of three pairs of silicone ear tips for a customisable fit.

Redmi Earbuds S features, specifications

The Redmi Earbuds S use 7.2mm drivers, and are IPX4-rated for water resistance. The earphones themselves weigh just 4.1g each, making these among the lightest true wireless earphones available today. In terms of codec support, the Redmi Earbuds S use the SBC codec, and also support a low-latency mode which is useful when gaming on a smartphone. The earphones have a claimed battery life of four hours per charge; when combined with the additional charges provided by the charging case, up to 12 hours of use can be expected.
Gaming users will also benefit from a low-latency mode on the Redmi Airdots S, which will allow for the smoother transmission of sound from the smartphone to the earphones with reduced delay. Additionally, there is support for voice assistants, environmental noise reduction through the Realtek RTL8763BFR Bluetooth chip, and the ability to use either earphone individually without separately pairing each earphone of the Redmi Earbuds S.
The Redmi Earbuds S is among the most affordable true wireless earphones from a major brand in India and will take on competition from brands such as Noise, Boat, and others. Xiaomi will face competition from Realme in the segment as well, which recently launched the Realme Buds Air Neo true wireless earphones for Rs. 2,999. Although positioned against the more expensive Mi True Wireless Earphones 2, the pricing of the Realme Buds Air Neo means that the Redmi Earbuds S will also face competition.

Back in August last year, three Chinese OEMs — Xiaomi, OPPO, and Vivo — formed an alliance for the development of a new P2P file transfer protocol to simplify cross-device file transfers. The solution aimed to offer an AirDrop like experience in the Android ecosystem by allowing devices from different manufacturers to seamlessly share files between them. After months of development, it was finally rolled out earlier this year in February and now, a few more manufacturers are jumping on the bandwagon.
According to recent posts on Chinese social media platform Weibo, OnePlus, Realme, Meizu, and Black Shark have now joined the P2P file transfer alliance. Thanks to this, cross-device file transfer support will soon be coming to devices from these manufacturers, allowing users to easily share files without the need for any third-party applications. The move is expected to benefit over 400 million users around the world.

For the unaware, the file transfer protocol supports a variety of file formats and it even lets users share entire folders with each other. The protocol supports file transfer speeds in the order of 20MBps over a stable connection, which is significantly better than file transfers over Bluetooth.
As of now, OnePlus, Realme, and Meizu haven’t revealed exactly when the feature will be released on their respective Android skins. However, as a recent report from BusinessWire points out, Black Shark’s new JoyUI 11 already includes support for the P2P file transfer protocol. The company recently rolled out JoyUI 11 for the Black Shark 2 and Black Shark 2 Pro, which means that these devices should already feature support for the file transfer protocol, along with the company’s latest Black Shark 3 series.

Realme TV specifications and features have been revealed with a new teaser from the company. After multiple leaks and teasers, Realme has finally confirmed the launch of its first television on May 25. Realme TV is the company's first television globally and will be launched in India first. A new teaser posted by Realme on its website reveals some key details about the Realme TV, including features and specifications. Not all details have been revealed about the upcoming television though, and we'll have to stay tuned to the launch for the full list of details as well as the pricing.
The teaser on the company's website reveals important details about the Realme TV, including the audio capabilities and the processor powering the TV. The company has shown off some product shots of the television, revealing a ‘bezel-less design' - more accurately defined as having thin borders around the screen to maximise screen size while keeping the TV relatively compact. There is also Chroma Boost Picture Engine for image processing and up to 400 nits of brightness.
Powering the TV is a 64-bit MediaTek processor, widely considered to be the leading processor manufacturer for smart TVs. The processor has a Cortex A53 CPU and Mali-470 GP3 GPU. For audio, the Realme TV will have a four-speaker system with an output of 24W, and support for Dolby Audio. Finally, a teaser on the page suggests some kind of voice command integration on the Realme TV, more details of which will be revealed on May 20. The full details will, of course, be revealed when the TV is launched on May 25.
While the screen size is yet to be confirmed by Realme, earlier reports and leaks suggest that the television could have a screen size of 43 inches. It's likely that it will be a 4K TV, although there could be a more affordable variant with a full-HD resolution as well. Realme will also look to price the TV competitively to take on Xiaomi, which has a strong position in the India market thanks to its Mi TV range of smart televisions.

Today Xiaomi officially announced their upcoming Redmi 10X smartphone will launch on May 26. The phone main highlight is the latest MediaTek Dimensity 820 SoC and supports dual 5G connectivity. The device first spotted on Google play Console last week. Additionally, the Redmi 10X is rumoured to come up with a Quad Camera setup and 5,020mAh battery.

Redmi General Manager Lu Weibing via Weibo on Monday revealed the processor of Redmi 10X and processor capabilities with an image highlighting the AnTuTu score of 4,15,672. Lastly, Weibing revealed that the phone will be launched on May 26 at 2pm CST Asia (11:30am IST).

Redmi 10X comes with four configurations namely
6GB + 64GB
6GB + 128GB
8GB + 128GB
8GB +  256GB

All the variants of Redmi 10X are said to come in four colour options
Dark Blue
Gold
Silver
Violet

Let's talk about other allegedly features, Redmi 10X coming with a Full-HD+ display and On camera department there will be a Quad camera setup for better verstality. The main camera is 48-megapixel, an 8-megapixel for ultra wide, and two other for macro and depth.

It is expected that the Redmi 10X price will start at 1,999

MediaTek unveiled the Dimensity 820 chipset, a more powerful version of the Dimensity 800. Compared to the old chip, the new version increases CPU and GPU performance and improves the 5G connectivity.

This is still a 7nm chip with four Cortex-A76 and four A55 cores. The difference is that the big A76 cores run at higher clock speed, 2.6GHz. Up to 16GB of LPDDR4x RAM can be connected.

The Mali-G57 GPU gained an additional core, now up to 5. This should bring games closer to the 120Hz refresh rate that is supported by the chip (when paired with the right display panel, of course). It's not quite a “gaming phone chipset” like the Dimensity 1000+, but will be a solid choice for mid-rangers. Anyway, the resolution is still capped at 1080p+.

The modem was upgraded to connect two SIM cards to a 5G network (complete with VoNR support). Here’s a table to summarize the differences between the two mid-range 5G chipsets.

How does this compare to Qualcomm’s offerings? We’ll be doing our own tests once the first phones with this chip launch, but for now we have official numbers from MediaTek to look at. They compare the 820 against the older Snapdragon 765G rather than the 768G, which boasts clock speed increases of its own.

Dimensity 820 vs. Snapdragon 765G: Geekbench 4.2 Dimensity 820 vs. Snapdragon 765G: GFX Manhattan 3.0 Dimensity 820 vs. Snapdragon 765G: 5G power usage Dimensity 820 vs. Snapdragon 765G: NPU performance
Dimensity 820 vs. Snapdragon 765G: Geekbench 4.2 • GFX Manhattan 3.0 • 5G power usage • NPU

Anyway, Geekbench 4.2 shows higher CPU performance (+7% single core, +37% multi-core), while the GPU managed a 33% higher frame rate in GFXBench Manhattan 3.0. The company is also promising lower power usage for 5G and triple the NPU performance. Again, these are an official number from MediaTek, so wait for an unbiased comparison (especially against the S768G).

Today, On May 12 Vivo launched their Camera centric phone Vivo V19 with quad-camera setup on the back consisting a 48mp f/1.8 main camera, 8mp f/2.2 ultrawide, and two other camera macro and depth with same 2 megapixel and aperture f/2.4. On the front with a dual-camera setup first one is 32mp f/2.1 and an 8mp f/2.3 ultrawide.

of course, the specs are not of the charts with that kind of price point and company doesn't disclose what kind of camera they are using sony or Samsung but the main question is lot bigger and "worthy".
Back to the starting of 2020, Xiaomi released their long-awaited POCO series next fighting.
So on February 04th POCO X2 released with 15,999rs starting price tag with quad-camera setup and Sony IMX686 sensor on the back.
So after many months the Poco x2 still strong and challenging or even destroying the competition against other tech giants.
At first glance, they look similar at the front but totally different at the rear because of camera adjustment. At rear Poco X2 have a better main camera the 64mp f/1.9 vs Vivo V19's main camera 48mp f/1.8 and other three and front cameras are same configurations as Vivo V19.
In terms of processor Poco X2 snapdragon's 730G is far more powerful than Vivo V19 Snapdragon 712AIE.

But the main comparison that is " worthy" to be asked is Price and price difference of both phones is huge Newly launched Vivo mid-range Vivo v19 starts from 27,990rs and Poco X2 starts at 16,999rs.
